Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We, The Elevate Team will be strictly enforcing our cancellation/rescheduling policy and charges, as detailed below.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email a soon as possible.
Please note we require 24hr week day notice. Cancellations for Mondays need to be notified to us on Friday in order to avoid charges i.e. cancellations notified on a Saturday or Sunday will incur charges.
If less than 24 hours week day notice is given to CANCEL your appointment you will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full appointment cost.
If less than 24 hours week day notice is given to RESCHEDULE your appointment you will be subject to an administration fee of half the cost of the appointment. This is also applicable if you are unable to attend due to being unwell or unforeseen circumstances.
If you DO NOT TURN UP to the appointment you will also be charged the full appointment cost.
If there are continual: changes to appointments within the 24hr time frame, missed appointments or cancellations, we may no longer be able to offer your treatment at The Elevate Clinic.
We have the right to refuse treatment if we deem appropriate.
