Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Unfortunately, due to a high number of last minute cancellations and patients not turning up, with effect from 1st May 2021, we will be enforcing our cancellation/rescheduling policy and charges, as detailed below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email a soon as possible.
If less than 24 hours notice is given to CANCEL your appointment you will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full appointment cost.
If less than 24 hours notice is given to RESCHEDULE your appointment you will be subject to an administration fee of £10.
If you DO NOT TURN UP to the appointment you will also be charged the full appointment fee.
If there are continual changes to appointments within the 24hr time frame, missed appointments or cancellations, we may no longer be able to offer your treatment at The Elevate Clinic.
We have the right to refuse treatment if we deem appropriate.
