Elevate Health, Chiropractic and Wellbeing Ltd was founded in 2019, in Stonehaven, with a simple belief: that there’s a better way to support people in achieving lasting health and wellbeing.

With over 17 years of clinical experience, we’ve created a complete care model that brings together expertise from multiple health disciplines that encompasses all areas of wellbeing.

As a family-run clinic, Elevate is built on connection, continuity, and care. With three members of the same family working side by side, we share a unified approach to health and wellness, and a deep commitment to our community. Since opening our doors back in 2019 our team has helped hundreds of individuals move better, feel better, and live better.

At Elevate Health, Chiropractic and Wellbeing Ltd we assess, measure and implement strategies and treatments designed to help improve your physical, mental and social wellbeing.
CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractors main focus is on dysfunction within any area of musculoskeletal system, i.e. muscles, joints & bones.

They use a range of techniques to improve function and increase mobility, including hands-on manipulation of the spine, joints and soft tissues anywhere in the body from the neck down to the toes. They can accurately diagnose the issue, choose the appropriate treatments & aim to reduce the risk of the issue reoccurring.

Chiropractic is a regulated Primary Healthcare Profession, governed by The General Chiropractic Council.
WELLBEING
​There is extensive research into the positive effects of creativity on our emotional and mental wellbeing. We constantly prioritise others and forego our own pleasures and joys, leaving us unfulfilled. That's where we saw a need & created ELEVATE: THE SPACE A beautiful, space for the sole purpose of nurturing our wellbeing through creativity. ​ We can help you find your inner creative joy & reignite that spark to start you creating and making for fun and enjoyment. Currently we have a variety of WORKSHOPS running for all levels and interests.

Tom graduated from A.E.C.C in 2007 & has over 18 years clinical experience. He has helped countless members of the public to improve their health and wellbeing. ​ Tom combines his Chiropractic, Sports Science & Diagnostic Ultrasound skills to accurately find the cause of the problems for his clients. This leads to more specific treatment choices. He has always been very passionate about helping people and gets a real kick out of seeing people improve and make progress towards a chosen goal or aspiration.

Rebecca is the newest addition to our Elevate Team. She is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping people reconnect with their body and move beyond pain and tension. She takes a holistic approach, combining chiropractic care with a deep understanding of the nervous system, posture, movement and lifestyle factors. By identifying the root causes of discomfort, Rebecca provides targeted care that supports clients in reaching their goals. Her focus is not just on relieving symptoms but on empowering clients with the knowledge and tools to transform their health and create lasting change.

Kate has always had a deep love for being creative. Throughout life she has learned how much of an impact being creative can have on emotional & mental well-being. ​ She started teaching in 2010 offering creative workshops at her own workshop in the South of England. Then moved with Tom and their son to Stonehaven. A daughter and 10years on she still combines her passion for teaching and creativity. ​ As well as teaching, Kate manages the daily running of The Elevate Clinic. ​ Since the ease of covid restrictions Kate is on a mission to expand our Elevate Create for Wellbeing area of the business.

Kitty has been with the team since February 2024. Kitty is on our front line and you will find yourself speaking or dealing with Kitty when you're a client at Elevate. As well as having a customer relations and admin role, she is highly creative and a vital part within the workings of The Space.

Ashton joined the team in February 2024. He is part of the front line of customer service and likely to be the one of the first person you'll interact with at Elevate. Ashton is currently working on an Apprenticeship in Business Administration with Elevate. He has a passion for football and is working towards his SFA Coaching Qualifications.
DIAGNOSTIC MSK ULTRASOUND
DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND ON AN ANKLE
Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound uses sound waves to produce pictures of muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints throughout the upper and lower limbs. We use it to help diagnose sprains, strains, tears, and other soft tissue conditions. Ultrasound is safe, non-invasive, and does not use ionizing radiation.
Therefore, if you have a problem with your shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, thigh, knee, ankle or foot then we can help diagnose your problem safely and with greater accuracy. This helps us make better decisions about what type of treatment will get you to your goal faster.

You can self refer if you have a issue, meaning we do not need a Doctors referral, you can book in yourself online or give us a call. We happily accept referrals from other health professionals in order to assist them in the management of their clients.
