BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We, The Elevate Team will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy and charges, as detailed below.
​
When you have booked and paid for your workshop/class/course you have 24hours to cancel and receive a full refund.
​
24hours after the booking is made & paid for, you may cancel upto 7working days before the workshop/class/course date and receive a 50% REFUND of the course fee.
Less than 7 working days from the course date, notice NO REFUND refund will be given.

If you DO NOT TURN UP to the workshop/class/course you will not be offered a refund or an alternative place.
​
Please contact us if you wish to transfer the place to someone else.
If we, The Elevate Team, need to cancel the workshop/class/course you will be offered an alternative date. If no alternative date is offered by Elevate then you will be offered a full refund.
